Our foods are gluten-free and our facility is gluten-free. We don’t use oats at all. All of our ingredients are wholesome and we prefer to activate buckwheat instead. Activated buckwheat is much more nutritious and has a higher level of plant protein and fibre than oats.

We activate nuts and seeds to remove naturally occurring phytic acid and enzyme inhibitors, allowing your body to absorb maximum nutrients from every bite. It’s easy for your body to digest as well.

At Bliss Fit Foods, we use wholesome ingredients. Dates are used to add not only sweetness but also to provide other nutrients. Dates are high in soluble fibre, iron and potassium. Dates are also a rich source of vitamins and other minerals including vitamins A and K, tannins, copper, magnesium, manganese, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), niacin, pantothenic acid, and riboflavin.

Firstly, we source our ingredients responsibly and use only the best quality in Bliss Fit Foods. Ingredients we use are all natural and wholesome. All spices, superfood powders and essential oils are organic. For example, we tried different brands of essential oils and use the world’s best pharmaceutical-graded and certified organic pure essential oil that is grown and produced in Provence, France.

No oil or sugar is added. No empty-calorie foods are added to bulk up our products. All ingredients are highly nutritious.

Bliss Fit Foods are 100% manufactured in a gluten-free food factory in Botany, NSW, about 15-20 minutes south of the Sydney CBD.

Ahha, ask Peter Hurley! Peter Hurley - New York-based, world-renowned headshot photographer, creator of #shabang #squinch and Headshot Crew, former member of the US sailing team - loves eating Fit Bliss Bites! In May 2017, he was at Bondi Icebergs Club and instead of ordering off the menu, he chose to have a Fit Bliss Bites with coffee. When he was doing his Instagram stories, it took Peter four times to say Fit Bliss Bites right! Peter suggested Bliss Fit Bar, and that is how the name Bliss Fit Foods was born. It was the perfect time as we also had the Bliss Fit Granola to launch!

The original packaging of the Fit Bliss Bites is still being used until the packaging is used up. We hope you understand!
