Monk Fruit Sweetener 220g

The Monk Fruit, or Luo Han Guo, is a small, round fruit that has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for centuries. Usually, the natural sugar in fruits contributes to their sweet taste, but the monk fruit is unique whereby its intense sweetness comes from antioxidants called Mogrosides. Mogrosides, being 100–250 times sweeter than table sugar, are extracted and mixed with other natural product – erythritol to create Monk Fruit Sweetener to reduce the intensity of the sweetness. Monk Fruit Sweetener is a 1:1 sugar replacement and has ZERO net carbs and ZERO GI impact.

This Monk Fruit Sweetener with erythritol is non-GMO, all-natural, and free from artificial flavourings and maltodextrin. Be aware that this product is different from Monk Fruit Juice Powder, which contains maltodextrin. Check out our Instagram for many simple and delicious recipes!
