Beetroot Bliss

A lot of us run short of time in the morning. Breakfast is such an important meal we should not skip. This breakfast bowl takes only 5 minutes to prepare and offers you balanced nutrition. More importantly it tastes delicious!

Ingredients:
  • 25g chia seeds
  • 25g rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of milk of your choice
  • 1 Tbsp liquid sweetener such as maple syrup or coconut syrup
  • 1-2 Tbsp yoghurt of your choice
  • Activated Bliss Fit Granola @blissfitfoods - Beetroot Bliss
Instructions:
  1. Soak oats + chia seeds in in 150g water overnight
  2. Wake up in the morning, mix 1/2 cup of milk of your choice in the soaked chia seeds and oats
  3. Then mix in 1 Tbsp maple syrup or coconut syrup or honey if you are not vegan; it's totally optional.
  4. Mix in yoghurt
  5. Top up with 💦 A C T I V A T E D 🌱 R A W Bliss Fit Granola @blissfitfoods - Beetroot Bliss
  6. Add your favourite fruits.
