Warm Mung Bean Choc Porridge

Mung beans are considered  “one of the most cherished foods” in the ancient Indian practice and is rich in vegan protein (about 20%, and fibre 15% on average). Mung beans are low in calories and packed with multivitamins and minerals that are essential nutrients for our bodies.

Ingredients:
  • Porridge:
  • 2 Tbsp cooked mung beans
  • 1 Tbsp mesquite powder
  • 1 Tbsp pea protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp almond meal ( activated almond grounded )
  • 1/2 cup activated cashew milk bought from @maloneys_grocer
  • Topping:
  • 1 Tbsp. Bliss Fit Granola - Spirulina Peppermint
  • 3 clusters of S Bliss Fit Granola - Turmeric Blast
  • Coconut yoghurt @myfruitologist
  • A dollop homemade activated peanut butter
  • Bliss Fit Bar - 1/4 Protein Bliss Bar crumbled to sprinkle on top
  • Any fruits – today we have mandarin, blueberries and pomegranate
Instructions:
  1. Blend the porridge ingredients until smooth
  2. Add toppings
